Bloons TD 2 Hints

There are fifty waves of bloons ,dart monkeys and firing cannons in Bloons TD 2.

    Difficulty

  1. Choose between Easy level, Medium level or levels. The difference is in the money you get in the beginning, total available lives  and prices of items varies in these levels.In harder levels, there is less money and high price and vice versa.

Make sure you have enough money handy as you will need to buy more towers as you advance levels. Towers need to upgraded for high range and more power attach as you collect enough cash.

Red is the least powerfull bloon while lead is the most powerful. The bloons strength depends on the color. The order of weakest to the strongest bloon is red color bloons, blue bloons, green bloons, yellow bloons, black bloons, white bloons, rainbow bloons and lead bloons.

Dart Towers

The dart throwing towers  are tact, dart towers, shoter, boomerand and the super monkey. They are accurate and reload fast.Dart monkeys can be purchased for 250. With $80 upgrade to it dart moneys’ range increases. Piercing Upgrade allows to pop 2 bloons colored in red with each dart and cost 180.  Tack shooter shoots the darts in every possible the directions. It costs 340. It got upgrades for faster shooting and extra range which cost 90 and 90 each. On the other hand , boomerang throws boomerangs to pop tow bloons.It cost 475. Multi target upgrades to hit 5 bloons at a time and sonic boom to pop up bloons which are frozen  cost 270 and 135 each.

  1. The expensive but powerful monkeys are the super monkeys. It cost 3600. Get Epic range upgrade and for increasing range and power get laser vision.

    2. Obstructing Bloons

    You can get down bloons with road spiker that cost 25. It pops bloons that travels into them.  Another is monkey glue and slows the advancement for upto 20 bloons. It gives you lot of extra time pop them. It cost 35. Use this to slow the speed of yellow bloons.

    Other Towers

    Ice ball freezes bloons  for short time. It can be upgrade to wide radius and long freeze radius that cost 180 and 270 each. Ice ball itself cost 385. Frozen bloon can be poped by cannon or  boomerang upgraded with sonic boom. Cannon can be obtained for 520 & bigger bom upgrade cost 380.Upgrading to extra range bomsb cost 180. Cannons are important as lead bloons can only be poped by these. Place cannons on the starting point on the paths.

    Basic Strategy

    The basic strategy of the game is to buy dart monkeys and as you collect cash upgrade them to piercing darts. Place them around the location covering  most area and have more time and chance to pop bloons.Repeat the same thing by buying more and additional dart monkeys as you advance in the game. When you reach level 20, purchase cannon with the available cash and position them just at the starting point. Make sure that you pop of the lead bloons and yellow bloons as early as possible. You can place monkey glue to slow the speed of yellow bloons.
